Juan Manuel Garcia Segovia

Juan Manuel Garcia Segovia

The collection of the Argentinean painter García-Segovia's work encompasses more than thirty years of artistic labor. Far from appearing academic or metaphorical, his works manifest an artist who having gone through abstract, symbolic, collage and other creative phases, arrives to us fulfilled with experiences through great works that emerge from his extraordinary creativity and meticulous technique.

The artistic life of García-Segovia has been influenced by his immigration to the United States, particularly New York, where he struggled in the mundane task of survival. His work speaks of daily suffering and search of his destiny. Time spent in Puerto Rico later modified his way of thinking and creating. This commitment later carried him over to Miami.

García-Segovia's work displays splendor and creativity with great fidelity and dedication, establishing him at the highest level with those masters who remain true to their own existence.
